Timber & Tallow combines Texas-style barbecue with a commitment to preserving and sharing the traditions behind it. Founded by pitmasters Jonathon "Carlos" Indermuehle and Jacob Gavin, the team offers customizable catering featuring brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and smoked sides for celebrations of all kinds. Beyond the catering menu, they've taught more than 50 barbecue classes through their Pit Master Academy, blending competition-tested experience with a love for the craft.
